Comments: @good math. Let’s be clear. The CEO of Bethany is not “making” money. The financial advisors hired by the foundation to manage the $140 million are responsible for those profits. Again… over $350,000 in salary and benefits seems pretty steep pay for running something that basically runs itself. I’m sure there are plenty of people in this town who are more than capable of running Bethany for 1/3 of what the CEO is getting. Some would probably do it for free. Board members are paid ZERO!!

Comments: Glad to see other people are seeing the parks dept is not doing there job. It has went on ever since the new department head came in. He is good at covering up everything with rock and calling it pretty. Lady on Facebook would like something done with mud holes at the dog park. Wait to see if that happens. It was nice to see main street opened back up this past weekend. But when in the hell is it going to open up for good? So tired of having to drive 50 ways of Sunday to get somewhere. Geez give us a break. Since when do we let cars etc from Rags to Wrenches park on city property going towards the city garage, they must be for sale. Just asking.

Comments: Let me get this straight, someone makes their company 11 million dollars in one year, and people complain about it? When you make 12 million a year, then you can complain about a private, non governmental entity's rate of pay.

Comments: The attitude of the parks department managers is unacceptable. Just try to approach them with a conflict in a professional manner. Then sit back and watch these managers behave like the just graduated from the 7th grade. Another one of Courtney’s departments not operating as it should.

Comments: If Dora is really making $340k and the govenor of Indiana is making $210k something is definetly wrong. Sounds like some of that nonsense going on in Minnesota. Its okay to make a earned salary, but i just don't see the return here. Must be a hard job. How many hrs are put in. And for nonprofit they sure look like they are raking in the cash.

Comments: Bethany Legacy Foundation 2023 Tax returns Started the year with $140 Million ended with $151 Million. Total expenses and disbursements for the year $5.5 Million; $4.5 million of that was for grants, gifts and charity.
CEO Dora Amin----> $340,000 in salary, $18,000 in benefits, $6000 in Expenses.
$350,000 a year to run a Charity in Madison, IN???
Maybe Bethany can take $200,000 of that salary and help those in need come November 1st.
