It was Van Crafton who also voted in favor of the illegal application they called a resolution. Van and his brother Trevor, who sits on the tourism board, flip houses using local funds from taxpayers through the pace grant program. Courtney controls those grants through “stooge” appointments to the committee. He also controls Trevor’s appointment to the tourism board. Accusations that both men vote as Bob directs them have been rampant for several years. The public believes Trevor throws tourism dollars to the city’s preferred projects and Van votes in favor of the mayor’s position on the Plan Commission as he did last evening. People don’t understand how someone who receives repeated tax funded grants for housing improvements can sit on the plan commission. They also wonder how the mayors daughter received a PACE grant. I don’t have an answer that eases concerns but the person who voted in favor of last evenings scheme, participated in an illegal meeting immediately before the commission was brought to order was Van not Trevor.

I have lots of emails and texts related to the commission, whether or not the mayor will resign, what to do if you oppose the riverfront district and the housing development and one asking how can a person support the development. I even have a question about am I going to press charges because they saw a person physically “assault me” after the meeting and watched as I repeatedly told this person to stop touching me and pushed the persons hands away. I have questions about why they wouldn’t read the resolutions and did members of the board know what they were voting for (some did not) I’ll do my best to answer what I can but I’m sure many people will post quicker than I can answer. So this should serve as a huge wake up call to everyone to research your candidates before voting for them to destroy the town. We absolutely must clean house next election, and everyone part of this corruption has to go.

Something I've been thinking about, why when the city redid the parking lot at Second and Mulberry why did they not paint directional arrows? It would seem to me that would have been a no brainer. Oh yeh, it's the city.

It has been stated many times the voting of this community has to change, Voting straight ticket does not work voting for the person and getting people to run fo roffice works. You must get people involved. The mayor has his people and now we are going bankrupt because of his wants! We have no rainy day fund, The mayor has his YES people on the boards. I don't understand this. How did we get here? It was obvious that the majority of the people at that meeting do not want that apartment building or the rezoning. These people work for us so why are they making decisions that reflect their own opinion? This has to be stopped! These people need to be thrown out and I do mean today! I think it's time for a shake up in this town. We need to start with how to be an educated voter. Most of these people for unqualified people just because they know them. That is not why you vote. If you're voting for somebody you know and you're not speaking to them about their views on what direction we're heading then you're not intelligently enough for your vote to work for this community. I hope everyone in our community thinks twice before they both the next time. Not only did you vote this guy in once but you voted him in twice. He has to go! I repeat, he has to go! Do you comprehend? Get your head out of your rear end!

It is really up to the citizens of Madison to decide. Will you continue to take this type of punishment? Will you change your voting habits to go from voting for the party to voting for the person who will do the best job for you the Madisonian. It really comes down to the 2028 City Election.
You know the facts. You know the behavior. You know the quid pro quo that is going on. (Ex. Lucy Dattillo and Trevor Crafton) The question is do you have the stones to help yourself?

Tonight at the planning commission meeting Courtney flat out lied about transparency concerning the condoms also talking about millions invested in Madison. What an a$$ what is there to show for all those supposed millions? I'd like to know if the Courtney council boys that voted for the illegal resolution have businesses in the community. I'd sure as he!1 boycott them. If I had an emoji for the Courtney salute (middle finger) I'd give it. Lawsuits are coming and we'll end up paying for it
