All the city officials who are for the condors need to see what happened in Dolton, Illinois. Mayor Tiffany Henyard ran that town into financial run. Madison was a good town for low income people to make it. Now it's a day to day struggle thanks to people spending other people's money. And I know how the buddy system works in the grant process. it's part of the mayors beautification plan for the city. Cutting down healthy trees and a box of condoms on the riverfront. It's all as clear as a brown glass beer bottle.
