I cant believe the mayor and Jenner were willing to stoop so low as to just basically stand there and skrew over the public the way they did. It doesn't take any courage to put an application in and then just claim all of sudden on day its a resolution just so they can shove it in peoples faces. This is about money pure and simple. It has to be. I get that the property taxes will go to the mayors slush fund for tif projects to help businesses but what about people? What about all the voters? Unless there's some real benefit to us I don't see giving up our space on the riverfront for some out of town corporation from Carmel. Just because they are Tony Steinhardt's friends doesn't mean anything to me except Tonys as dirty as everyone says he is. I keep hearing the city gets some of the monthly rental income is that right? Jb can you ask tjh to look into for us?

A hollow tree can still be healthy and structurally sound. While hollowing is a form of decay, many trees can survive for decades, even centuries, with hollow trunks.
I was there when they started tearing it down and I can assure you it was not hollow!

To here's an idea;
You have stated the obvious. Marijuana is legal in some form in every state around this. However, the closed-minded individuals in Indiana have said no thank you! We don't want your money truck. Keep moving! This just proves that once again we're surrounded by idiots. If they will continue to tax us to death when they could be making it another way.

Wow looks like the city really messed up. Illegal application and no matter which way you slice it Joe Jenner and Nicole Shell are totally incompetent for missing it or totally crooked for allowing it. Combine all this with the board members being caught secretly meeting before the meeting and breaking the law and what we have is a bunch of unethical puppets for the mayor at best , but really just plan old criminals trying to scam citizens so the mayor can get some money to balance out all the over spending. Courtney needs tarred and feathered before he’s run out of town.

Has anybody contacted the Army Corps of Engineers to just Double check with them as if they are to be involved in this in Anyway?
Bob says the IDNR or IDEM .
Another question how much of the large Drainage Retention Pond behind Kolhs is being retaken for the Access to the Appts. Will this Retention POND remain karge enough to do what its to do Retain water from the Crooked Creek Watershed. They City of Madisin owns this pond.

What the citizens of Madison need to do is organize a protest against this development. Preferably on or near the intended site. Have your permits and everything legal. Then invite every News agency you can. Make sure to invite stations from Indianapolis. So as to expose the
Developers to this travesty. When the majority of the citizens are ignored by the people they are supposed to represent usually means corruption.

Not sure why JB doesn’t have the Auxier document up . It really does explain why the commission and mayor took a header straight off the dishonesty high dive. Maybes he’s taking a nap or Zuzu or Big Dog needed some extra bones. I’ll keep trying to reach him.

In the mean time yes- everyone knows the pine trees were pretty and the big trees got cut down. The one at the library was hollow inside and big trees are pretty. Also the Epstein files? A water department issue has been brought up again, and a favorite question is misconduct on the plan commission including awarding funds for pace grants in exchange for votes in favor of mayor’s projects. The frustrations might be related to rumors the mayor is trying to kick Patrick Thevenow’s off the commission. That rumor is truly and deeply infuriating the public. Have a good evening. Tjh
