So Concilman Josh Schafer decided to do a survey to prove that only democrats are against the riverfront district zoning change in order to build luxury apartments for wealthy people while robbing the middle class and poor. By his argument the local republicans are just like the folks at the state and federal government and are all in favor of ripping of the middle class and poor so rich folks dont have to pay their fair share. So is it true? ARE ALL THE LOCAL GOP IN FAVOR OF STEALING FROM THE POOR TO GIVE TO THE RICH? I honestly dont think thats the case but Bob keeps preaching only dems are against it so therefore- that means all you red people are in favor of helping the rich get richer even if it means the poor get poorer. Doesn't make sense to me after watching long term republicans like Doc and Bob Canida and Skilllman's stand up and be counted against. And what matters most is that republicans aren't lining up to speak in favor at meetings or sitting at tables with other people declaring their support either. In fact I haven't heard a single upstanding republican besides the mayors usually arsekissers, buddy and wife speak up to support him. In fact the usual arse kissers have dropped big time in number. All I hear is that Bob is ruining it for his local fellow republicans and he needs to stop lying.
Also a nice lady explained why the survey is scam. Go ahead and fill it out if you want but its not going to matter one way or the other.

You know, I hate to be the voice of doom, we can have all the meetings we want and sign all the petitions we want but, in the end, folks it is already a DONE deal! Neither the mayor nor any of the 6 council members are going to change the way they vote! Remember you heard it here!!
