So who were the arse kissers that voted to keep doing things illegally? Can’t imagine what it must be like to be such a d*ck to sit there knowing you are breaking the law and decide to declare in public you intend to keep breaking it.

Well I looked at the documents JB posted and boy is it ever obvious the city either doesn’t have a clue what they ‘re doing for this developer or they just keep changing the rules as they go. I see why JB called it somebody lied again. I was in the audience in the council chambers while the other just as important citizens had to stand in the hall or sit somewhere else where they couldn’t see and hear every thing that was going on. Although I do imagine they heard all the hooting and hollering and lots of booing when the mayor jumped up and tried to interfere with the meeting being shut down because it was illegal. I was at those city doors at 4:30 for a 6pm meeting and people already lined up . It just got worse from there. Can you imagine the noise of everyone had been given a chance to have a seat at the actual meeting instead of being sent to “the back of the bus”.

So now it's been said twice that we need a special meeting for this matter. I propose this meeting take place at the high school, whether the gym or auditorium. Surely they have the technology the city needs, right?

Did anybody get any drunken message or calls last night ? Usually after he gets smacked in public he turns into a whining drunk. Anybody get chased home and blocked in ? Any lawsuits or protective orders filed ? Come on confess you guys. We know he didn’t take it like man. Who’s got a spite and vengeance story from the local drama queen at city hall?

City council doesn’t care, the only one that showed up besides who sat on the commission was Lucy Datillo. She sat in the corner chair hiding, chowing down on cheese crackers looking lumpy and bored. They reserved a bunch of seats up front for council like they were some kind of royalty and left those empty and then because the room was packed and the overflow room was packed they had people in the hallway again and sitting in chairs back by the mayor’s office watching on a tv. This is crazy. Not only did Thevenow bring up the illegal action by the city but he also pointed out we need a bigger meeting place. Holding seats for city council that don’t show up and forcing citizens to stand, take seats in rooms where you can’t see or hear isn’t right and I’d like to know who to complain to about that. Seems to me a public hearing should be for the public and if they are going to hold empty seats and force the public to sit outside that’s a problem.

In the coming weeks, the heat will be on the City Council like never before in the towns history. You better have some answers since you know better Karla Eades. This is going to fun.

I would like to see Mayor Bob asked one question on the record… Will you incur any benefit from the Riverfront District (RD) proposal, whether the benefit is from the proposed apartments or any future project within the RD.

He seems to be pushing really hard with tactics that make you wonder why.

Thanks for showing the documents above JB. They helped make it clear what the city had done that was illegal. Shame on those members who wanted to go ahead and do things illegally. I didn’t catch all their names but someone please send them in and post them so we know who’s okay with being dishonest.

Also why did Bob jump up and start talking. Josh Wilbur never even asked him to step forward. He just ran up to the podium and forced himself into the meeting. Maybe that’s why the public started yelling at him. Good to see Madison fight back against our own little Nazi Bob.

Sounds like "rules for thee, but not for me"

To the zoning board members that voted to adjourn. Thank you for doing the right thing!
.

In the readi application public record? If so, where can it be found?
